Application:

The machine tool of this series is arranged into gantry type and of enclosed frame structure composed of the lathe bed, double columns and the crossbeam.

It adopts grinding wheel for grinding and is capable of grinding steels, castings, non-ferrous metals as well as the plane of various large-sized workpieces fabricated with glass, ceramic and the like.

It is suitable for use in various machining workshops and machine repair shops.

Advantages:

• The worktable of the lathe bed is fabricated with high-strength wear resisting cast iron and of optimized structure with stable precision and sufficient rigidity.
• The worktable is driven under hydraulic pressure for longitudinal movement and capable of stepless speed regulation. Lateral movement and vertical feed of the grinding head is realized by high precision ball screws driven by the AC servo motor.
• The machine tool applies a CNC system that can realize both program-controlled automatic grinding cycle and manual grinding controlled by electronic hand wheel.
• The worktable guideway and the guideway of grinding head carriage are bonded with PTFE plate, featuring high wear resistance and a long service life.
• The lathe bed guideway and the crossbeam guideway are all hard and feature high precision, good rigidity and high wear resistance.
• Grinding height can be increased to 1,000mm at most according to special requirements of the user.
• The high precision bearing spindle (or hybrid bearing spindle) is adopted for the grinding head.
• Longitudinal guideway of the machine tool adopts automatic continuous lubrication mode.  Vertical and horizontal guideways and screw pair adopt automatic centralized lubrication mode.
