◆Function
CNC angle line is suitable for marking, punching and shearing of the angle steel, it is a special machine for power tower and electric fitting industry.
◆ Feature
1. It is controlled by Japan-Mitsu PLC, has the feature of convenient operation, high working efficiency, high working accuracy.
2. Has three cnc axis:X for transfer cart, A/B for punching unit.
All of three axis is driven by servo motor,to ensure the high positioning speed and easy maintenance.
Positioning speed of X axis is 60m/min, positioning accuracy is +0.1mm,
Positioning speed of A/B axis is 10m/min. positioning accuracy is +0.01smm,
3. Has fours marking boxes, back mark for marking character can be changed at any will.
4. Equipped with monitor function, when fault, detailed cause and solution will be displayed on the screen.
