Chipboard anti static raised access floor system Product Description  Wood core anti-static access floor     The core of is E1 grade high quality particle board or Medium density fiber board. The top surface is stuck with High Pressure Laminate (HPL) or Conduct PVC or ceramic tile, the bottom is covered with aluminum foil or galvanized steel sheet. Four edges are sealed with black PVC edge trim.   Advantages: 1. Light weight, less noise and comfortable when walking through. 2. Smooth floor surface, high dimension accuracy and good interchangeability. 3. Good loading capacity and excellent anti-static properties 4. Good sealing and water-proof 5. High dimension accuracy and environmental proof   Application areas: High-grade rooms, such as banks, telecommunication centers, smart offices and computer rooms.   A gasket should be fixed on the top plate of the pedestal to avoid the hard-hard contact between the corner of the panel and the plate of  pedestal.       Surface-Ceramic tile Anti-static ceramic tiles is a new kind of floor covering material.It can overcome the disadvantages such as high polymer material’s aging, low wear resistance, easy pollution, poor durability and poor fire resistance of the existing anti-static materials: Epoxy, HPL, PVC antistatic painting, PVC floor, rubber antistatic floor etc. The advantage of the anti-static ceramic tile is nice appearance, fire resistance, antiskid, wear resistance, anti corrosion, anti pollution, water resistance and anti penetration, without radiation, environment and easy to install. It is a permanent anti-static material with good artistic decoration. Anti-static ceramic tile is made with new technology. During the production, inorganic material that can bear high temperature and conduct electric is penetrated in the tiles to change the physical properties, then burn in high temperature. So it has good decoration and functions as the normal ceramic tiles as well as the excellent and permanent antistatic property, stable conductivity ( Systematic electrical resistance is 106—109), accurate dimensions, long durability and non combustible (Class A fire resistance) etc. The anti-static ceramic tile is not suitable to support heavy equipment. It is a kind of easy fragile material. The steel access panel can afford high loading capacity.     Installation 1. Preparation before  installation: 1.1  Installation should be started after finishing the work of civil engineering and interior decoration. 1.2  The base floor should be level, cleaning, dry, without debris and dust. 1.3The cable, electrical appliance, tube, air conditional system should be finished before seal the access floor panel. 1.4  The heavy equipment should be fix on the special substructure. The finish level of substructure should matched the access  floor finishing level. 1.5  The 220V/50HZ power and water supply should be prepared for construction. 2.  The installation tools (1)  Cutting machine (2) Laser level meter  (3) Bubble level meter  (4) measuring tape (5) chalk line(6)Sucker (Picture) (7)nut    wrench  (8) Phillips screwdriver  (9) Dust collector  (10) broom, mop 3.Installation procedures 3.1 First check the flatness of the floor and verticality of the wall. If something is not within the requirements, should inform the owner or contractor to adjust. Cleaning the site for any debris. Keep the site in dry. 3.2 Marking: Mark the finished height of the access floor on the wall to ensure that all the panels  are in the same level. Take a accurate measure of the width and length of the room, and optimize the arrangement of the panels to minimize the cutting work. Snap the grid lines of the pedestals on the ground. 3.3 Adjust the height of the pedestals before installation, and lay the pedestals on the spots of crossing point. 3.4 Fix the stringer on the top of pedestal, and use the level meter to adjust the stringer so that they are vertical to each other. 3.5 Use the sucker to take the panels on the stringers. 3.6 If the space closes to wall is small than the size of panel, the panel should be cut to fit for the space. 3.7 During laying down the panels, use the bubble lever meter to make panels in level. Height of the floor is adjusted by pedestal. 3.8 If the equipment is heavy, extra substructure should be fixed to support the equipment to avoid the deformation of panel. If the  access floor panel should be cut or opened a hole, electrical drill should be used to drill a hole of Φ6mm-Φ8mmin the corner spot to avoid the extended breakage of the floor covering.   4. Checking standard of the access floorinstallation 4.1 The underfloor and surface should be cleaned, without dust and debris.
4.2  The surface has no scratch. There is nothing come off the access floor panel.  The edges are not damage.
4.3  The finished access floor system should be stable.  When walking on the surface, there should be no shaking or noise.
4.4  The joints of the access floor should be kept in a line. The adjacent panels differential should be within 1mm.
