  Machine performance and features 1.This machine adopt closed tracks and wide needle butt.Equipping with knit,tuck,miss cams and center adjustme-nt device,to make sure adjust the density of fabric when machine work in high speed.
2.We adopt mono-block cam system,which made by special steel from Japan.Then steel are procesed by CNC
computer machine and via special heater process .Then cam become durable service.In addition,main parts of all machines are electroplated to avoid rusting easily.
3.Normally,our machine equip with different gauge of cylinders which is easy to change to another
one.This feature greatly satisfy the needs of changing market.It can become a three-thread fleece
circular knitting machine after changing the convertible device and parts.
4.The gear and needle are separated to be lubricated in the design of lubrication systerm.Knitting
parts are lubricated by oil machine spraying.
5.The control system adopt alternating current motor and inventor to control panel,which can speed up,slow down and change torque power at will.
6. Steel wire track will decrease the load power and abrasion.At the same time, it will garrantee
