In China, we call PVC fence, in some countries like US call vinyl fence.in some other countries like to call U-PVC fence.whatever, the material is same, PVC fence is made of PVC profiles. We use virgin PVC powder to produce PVC profile by extrusion line.

2,Which color of PVC(Vinyl) fence available?
We have white color, grey color, tan color,black available.
3,How the color fence made?
Beside common white color, our colored pvc fence use a special production technical”co-extrusion”. While the common pvc profile extruded out, the out layer cover with a special ASA material individually supplied by a separate extrusion machine. So we call “co-extrusion”.

4,What is “ASA” material?
Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA) - ASA is produced by introducing a grafted acrylic ester elastomer during the copolymerization reaction between styrene and acrylonitrile. Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate material has great toughness and rigidity, good chemical resistance and thermal stability, outstanding resistance to weather, aging and yellowing, and high gloss. with features of Good Weather Resistance , High Heat Resistance, High Impact Resistance, Good UV Resistance , High Flow, Good Impact Resistance, Good Processability, General Purpose, Good Color Stability, Good Chemical Resistance,etc.

5,Where install PVC fences?
PVC fence used in gardening, farming,road security.in Australia,UK people mainly use wooden fences and rails, but in USA, PVC fences has already developed for 30 years where PVC fences are widely used.the market is very huge and it is on a 30% increasing year on year.

6,How strong is it for farm use?
It has five times the tensile strength of wood and four times the flexibility. It flexes under load making it strong enough to safely hold cattle and horses. we use impact modifiers to make our fence strong and forgiving for horses and riders as well as other farm animals.

7,Can I install it myself?
The installation is very simple and easy, we usually provide a standard installation guide, but If you can use a level, a tape measure, and post hole digger and a string line - you can do the job yourself.

8,How does it compare to wood?
It is stronger, lasts much longer, safer, looks better, and costs much less over time. It can cost the same as or
more than wood initially depending local wood prices, type of wood and style of fence or deck but over it's life it is about one third of the cost.

9,How do you set the posts?
The posts are set in concrete in the ground from 24 to 36 inches deep and in some cases cement is put inside the posts with re-bar for exceptional strength.

10,Do I need to repaint it?
Customer use wooden fence might repaint the fence each year, so they always ask the same question"do I need to repaint it". The answer is "no". PVC fence never need paint.

11,Will it discolor or become brittle over time?
We warrant a 10 years no brittle for colored fence for white color. 15 years time free of maintenance. Because our Vinyl fence use a superior durable grade and high content (10 parts per 100 parts) of non-chalking TiO2(titanium dioxide) and ultraviolet inhibitors that protects the vinyl (PVC) from the harmful effects of the Sun's UV rays. As long as your fence is kept clean, with a periodic wash from a garden hose, it will not turn yellow. As a result, we can assure our products with a lifetime warranty against yellowing.

All parts will be packed and delivery separately. Customer need to assemble before installation.

Yes, the base ingredient PVC resin.

We use DuPont TiO2 ten percent to provide the long term life, BASF UV material.

18,What stabilizers are used and what purpose do they serve?
We use Ca/Zn stabilizer for the pvc compound, they serve the compound stable and long life for products.

19,Does the product have environmental certificate/s stating the product does not have any harmful additives (such as Lead) used in its manufacture?
The PVC fence is lead free, environmental friendly, no any harmful additives, we use Ca/Zn stabilizer, not lead stabilizer.

We add CPE and ACR for superior strength.

We use less 5% CaCo3, so, the products strength and flexibility is better.

Yes, our product contain 100% virgin polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

24,Does the product contain any recycled materials?
We didn’t use any recycled material, to make sure the color is the same.

25,What is the flash point of the product and will it ignite readily?
PVC material is flame resistant.

26,Is there any surface projection that can be applied to protect the porous surface of the product from staining?
Don’t need paint, the inner color and surface is the same.

27,What is the temperature range of the product to prevent breaking in cold weather conditions?
Our PVC can prevent cold weather from -50 celsius degree to hot weather of +80 celsius degree.
