  Product Description       Tourniquet   It is made of low-elastic yarn, is easy for strapping and use. It can be operated by oneself when the arms bleed by accidents.   Usage   1. Tourniquet can not be tied on the skin dierctly. Put triangle bandage, towel or clothes under the tourniquet.   2. It can nor be tied on 1/3 of the arm, it shold be tied above 1/3 of the arm, since on 1/3 of arm which are easy to damage to nerve which leading to paralysis. For the lower limb, it should be tied on the middle part of thigh.   3. Avoiding of limb inchemic necrosis. It should not be exceeding 2-3 hours when use, at the same time is should be loosed every 40-50 minutes in order to recover the blood circulation. Before loosing the tourniquet, use the hand to stop bleeding. Tie the tourniquet on the topper side after loose it for 1-3 minutes. Avoiding of shock, don't loose the tourniquet again in the case of a large number of bleeding during the transporation.   4. If the limbs are seriously damage and can not be cured, put the tourniquet on the top of bleeding place (Proximal side), don't loose until the amputation surgery.   5. Mark an apparent sign near the wound after tying the tourniquet. Meanwhile, write the time and send the patient to the hospital immediately.   6. Forbidden using electric write, iron wire and rope as tourniquet.     Attention   1. The tourniquet should be used when large limbs arterial bleeds, while other methods can not stop the bleeding or injured limbs could not be repaired.   2.
