  China supplier of paste making machine, sand/bead mill            1. Application:    Root pin type sand/bead mill is designed for production of all kinds of wet grinding of paste. Working Principle:   The working force between grinding media and material is generated from the high-speed rotation of dispersing device. Under the force of viscous resistance, Grinding media and material moves along with dispersing device and be thrown to the cylinder inner wall by centrifugal force, forming double-circle turbulence. The strong inter-movements of grinding media form great cutting, pressing and abrasive force, making the material change shape and generate stress-field. When that stress reaches material yielding and breading limit, the material will be deformed plastically or pulverized. The un-pulverized material will be thrown back to the cylinder inner wall by centrifugal force. In this zone, the density of grinding media reaches the highest point, thus making the pulverization more powerful. Machine Features    1) Pin Type rotor with 2-3 times grinding efficiency of traditional sand/bead mill. 2) Grinding chamber is made of high wear-resistant alloy steel which has no metallic pollution and discoloring. PU and ceramic material will also be optional according to the actual condition. 3) The pin type sand mill is installed with tripling cooling system, which can allow rapid heat radiation, more preferable for the temperature-sensitive material such as UV paint etc.  4) High security property. The pin type sand mill will automatically stop working when there is water shortage, air pressure shortage or over-high material temperature. 5) Feeding device: USA imported pneumatic diaphragm pump or frequency control gear pump is optional as clients’ requirements. Feeding and discharging tubes are imported from USA with good solvent resistant property. 6) Dynamic or static separating system for different materials to ensure smooth discharging. 7) Ceramic and PU material are optional. 8) Frequency control and PLC are optional 9) With CE&ISO9001:2008 qualification. 10) Reasonable design for inner and outer structure allows stable performance with no vibration and noise. 11) High quality with reasonable price   4.
