China Leading High Efficiency hydrocyclones   Product Description Hydrocyclone is mainly used for grading, sorting, thickening and desliming in the mineral separation industry. When the hydrocyclone is used as grading equipment, it is mainly used to combine with mill to form grinding and classification system; when used as desliming equipment, it can be used for desliming of gravity separation plant; when used as a thickening and dewatering equipment, it may be used for concentrating tailings that shall be used to backfill the underground mining tunnel.   Advantages  (1)Simple structure, light and flexible, and it is without moving parts; (2Equipment is of low cost, easy assembly and disassembly, convenient repair, small occupation area, and low construction cost; (3)Large handling capacity of unit volume; (4)Fine grading size and it can be up to about 10μm; (5)High grading efficiency and it sometimes can be up to about 80%; (6)The time and quantity of slurry detained in the cyclone is little, which is easy to handle when close down.   Disadvantages   (1 Feeding sand pump is with large power consumption and quick wear, and the unit power consumption is about several times of the spiral classifier, but the high classification efficiency can make up for the loss;   (2 The  machine parts are easy to be worn especially the discharge port and the spigot, so lining parts of rubber and polyurethane are wear-resisting and easy to be replaced, and the size of some spigots can be adjusted;   (3 Small fluctuations in feeding concentration, particle size, viscosity and pressure will have great influence on the performance, thus the automatic control device shall be configured.       (6 The time and quantity of slurry detained in the cyclone is little, which is easy to handle when close down. Characteristics   Hydrocyclone is without moving parts, and it's simple in structure; large production capacity of unit volume, small occupation area; high classification efficiency (can be up to 80% ~ 90%), and fine grading size; low cost, and less material consumption.
