China leading brand  mining flotation cell Product Description Both XCF and KYF belong to pneumatic flotation machine. with the ability of imbibing ore pulp.XCF is used as ore pulp imbibing tank. while KYF as a direct flow tank without spontaneous imbibition ability. the tank are arranged horizontally, no foam pump is required. U-shape tank reduces the ore accumulated at the bottom of the tank. Large-diameter conical impeller and short blade rotor are adopted, which enable the machine possess large processing capacity and low energy consumption. Aeration disperser is arranged in the middle of the impeller, which makes the dispersion of aeration uniform the fixing sufficient   Flotation machine Working Principle: When flotation machine works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low pressure air send by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough. When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the remis with air. The remained slurry flows to the next trough until becomes residue.   1. Flotation is a selective process and can be used to achieve specific separations from complex ores such as lead-zinc, copper-zinc, etc. Initially developed to treat the sulfides of copper, lead, and zinc, the field of flotation has now expanded to include the oxidized minerals, non-metallic ores and fine coal.   2. KYF flotation machines are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and flotation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.
