    Needle roller bearings with inner rings are used if the shaft cannot be used as a raceway. Needle bearings feature a smaller cross-section, higher load-carrying capacity, greater rigidity, and lower inertia forces that facilitate size and weight reductions in machinery. They’re designed to withstand oscillation, perform under severe conditions, and interchange with sliding bearings. Diverse types of needle bearings are available in a wide variety of sizes and tolerances, for a multitude of applications. Needle roller and cage assemblies are offered in single or double row, solid or split cage, metric and inch sizes; as well as in connecting rod bearings for special applications. Single and double row bearings are available with or without ribs, and with or without inner rings. Thrust bearings are offered in single row roller and cage assemblies. Yoke and stud type track rollers are also available.
Needle roller bearings are a bearing that is classified as either radial or thrust depending on the direction of the load being supported. Needle roller bearings include bearings whose rollers slightly exceed the size range of needle rollers as stipulated by ISO. Materials: Material for needle roller is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardness HRC60---65.
Material for inner and outer rings is GCr15 (100Cr6) bearing steel, quench-hardess HRC61---65.
Material for cages is low-carbon steel or nylon 66.
Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60---65.
Material for inner and outer races is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC61---65.
Material for cages is quality low-carbon steel or reinforced nylon.

Bearing running clearance and inner-cutting roundness should be regulated according to different conditions.
Machine tools should be used for press-in fitting or thermal fitting of the bearing
