JZ Series Shaft Sinking Winch is applied to overhang like scaffold, water pump, water pipe, grouting pipe, wind-cone, etc. During sinking operation on vertical shaft of coal, metal and nonmetallic mine.
Also this series winch can replace the construction winch to lift and carry material during construction.
This series winches are designed on the basis of the regulation of overhanging equipment during sinking operation.
USES: Mainly used in coal mine, ore, non-metallic tunneling engineering of the borehole vertical suspension Diao Pan, water pump, , hair dryers, compressed air cylinder, grouting pipe etc tunneling equipment and tension on the rope, could also be other underground and ground hoisting up heavy use.

Shaft sinking winders meet strict national standard. Among them, most important are:

1. The brake system should be dependable and accurate. The safety brake on the drum and the working brake on the motor-gear coupler each have a minimum brake torque no less than 2 times of the maximum working torque generated by the maximum load. ( If your country requires higher brake torque than 2 times, please indicate it in your enquiry. )
2. Main shaft material yielding strength is no less than 370MPa, the final tensile strength is no less than 630MPa. The material is 45# steel, equivalent of ASTM-A29/A29-04 1045 steel. All forged and heat treated. All main shafts of winders must gone through ultrasound NDT.
3. Winders work at 25 ~ 400C. With proper gear oil, it can go 40 ~ 500C.
4. All exposed rotating parts have protective shields installed.
5. The running is smooth, no cyclic noises, the total noise level is lower than 85dB(A).
6. All winders are tested under strict standard and quality certification paper to be issued before it goes out.
7. Working brake and safety brake are tested by hoisting the rated load at test tower.
