Slide Glass Is A Transparent Glass Sheet Used In Biological Experiments. It Is A Glass Or Quartz Sheet Used To Place Things When Observing Things With A Microscope. When Making Samples, Place Cell Or Tissue Slices On The Slide Glass And Place The Cover Glass On, For Observation. In Optics, A Thin Sheet Of Glass-Like Material Used To Produce Retardation.

The Length And Width Are About 75 Mm And 26 Mm, And The Thickness Is 1 Mm. It Is Used As A Loading Sample And Viewed Under A Microscope. The Sample Will Be Fixed On A Glass Slide And Moved Together To Be Observed Under The Microscope. The Slide Is Of Such A Size That Multiple Samples Can Be Viewed Sequentially Under The Microscope, Removed From The Microscope, Labeled, Shipped, And Stored In An Appropriate Manner.

The Slide Will Most Likely Be Fitted With Another Smaller, Thinner Sheet Of Clear Glass Called A Coverslip. Cover Slips Are Placed On Top Of The Samples And Slides.
