Operational Principle:

Fluidizing bed consists of an air-proof case, fluidizing room, fluidizing hole-plate, high temperature wind box and base. Materials of fluidizing room and other parts are dependent on temperatures and material property for calcinations. After entering into the fluidizing room, materials produce fluidizing effects with the high temperature air movement. And after continuous fluidization, the materials discharge from the outlet when meeting the process requirements for calcinations materials.
