They can increase the output of Oil & Gas wells. Bauxite proppant is a product of ceramic particles with high fracture strength, mainly material is bauxite. Mainly used for oil field down hole support to increase oil and gas production, an environmentally friendly product. This product uses high-quality bauxite and other raw materials, ceramic sintering is an alternative product of natural quartz sand, glass balls, metal balls and other low-strength proppants, has a positive effect to the oil and gas production. Bauxite proppants are synthetic grains such as sintered bauxite ceramics used in the oil well drilling industry to hold fractures open around the wellbore to enhance fluid extraction after hydraulic facturing processes. Introduction: Proppant is sintered by natural gas in the rotary kiln over 1300 degree celsius.     Step6: Classification
Introduction: Ceramic proppant will be classified into different meshes according to their particle size.   Step7: Storage
Introduction: According to the standard of oil industry, we enforcing the principles of class-based Storage , dampproof and dedusting.   The final products can be classified as follows: 1.By bulk density: 
Light density, medium density and high density.  2.By compression strength: 
52MPa(7500psi),  69MPa(10000psi), 86MPa(12500psi), 103MPa(15000psi).
