  Product Description Ceramic tower packing is applied to the drying tower, absorbing tower, cooling tower, desulphurization towers, rectifying tower, washing tower, coal gas scrubbing tower, coking scrubbing benzene tower, scrubbing NH3 tower, ammonia washing tower,naphthalene washing tower, fertilizer saturation-heat water column and scrubbing tower, fertilizer heat gas saturation tower and regenerative tower. Ceramic tower packing is a column form packing which is made of many parallel, congruence packing unit. Due to unique structure, good performance, ceramic surface can generate extremely thin film liquid flow and tortuous vapor flow passages promote mixing of liquid and vapor, at the same time, general little pressure drop. Structured packing has the same transfer efficiency as metal packing and much more resistant to corrosion and high temperature than metal packing. The surface of itself could promote wetting and keep liquid hold-up to minimum. It's especially suitable for the separation procedure of high temperature and corrosive mediums, and the operation pressure in the range 0.1500 KPa. 1. Application of Ceramic tower packing:  (1). Sulfuric acid plants. (2). Regenerative thermal oxidizers. (3). Chlorine cooling and drying towers. (4). Bromine and hydrochloric acid plants. (5).
