Ceramic Sand Granulator

Ceramic sand granulator is also called ceramic sand pan-pelletizer and Ceramic pelleting machine. It is mainly composed by disc, large bevel gear, bevel gear, the spindle box, horizontal shaft, angle adjusting device, scraper, transmission device, Housing and so on. The motor is drived by gearbox and belt connection. Gearbox output shaft side with bevel gear, and meshing with large bevel  gear. The large bevel gear connected by screw bolt and disk .
So when the motor starting, The disk will rotate meantime. It is a necessary equipment for pelletization process in the Non-ferrous or ferrous material industries, After the pelleting, The material will be smelted directly to increase the added valve.  Ceramic Sand Ball Production Principle :

Thus again and again, cue ball will become pellet. Pellet also become strengthen. Adding the clay cohesive action , pellet has certain mechanical strength until it becomes the required raw pellets.
