Product Description  Cement clinker is a medium material which is used for cement production plant, it's produced with the rotary kiln calcinating process, first, the limestone is crushed and stored in a silo, then blending with the ohter raw material such as iron ore, sand, etc, then they are conveyed to a raw mill for grinding, next transported to the pre heater of the rotary kiln, after burning, cooled by cooling machine, finally stored in a clinker silo, this is generally called cement clinker production line, in this plant, the rotary kiln is the main equipment which take an important part in the whole plant.   The rotary kiln mainly consists of rotary cylinder, feeding and discharge hood, big gear, riding roller, main reducer, motor and so on. usually it needs 3 to 4 supports to keep the rotary kiln steady enough.below is the main technical parameter of the rotary kiln used in the cement clinker production line.
