CEFOTAXIME INJECTION FOR I.M/I.V INJECTION

COMPOSITION:Each vial containts :Safox Sodium equivalent to Cefotaxime 1g .Or Safox Sodium equivalent to Cefotaxime 0.5g or Safox Sodium equivalent to Cefotaxime0.25g.
PHARMACOKINETICS:Safox is administrerred by injection as the sodium salt .It is rapidly absorbed after intramuscular injection and mean peak plasma concentrations of about 12 and 20 ug per ml have been reported 30 minutes after 0.5 and desacetylcefotaxime is about 1.5 hours.
