Fumigation cost is on Buyer’s side, if any. 4.4 Terms of Payment: 40% of total price as down-payment by T/T, 60% of total price shall be paid before delivery by T/T. 4.5 Quotation Valid: 30 days from the date of this offer. 4.6 Warranty: 12 months is from the date of commissioning from delivery.   V.
