Include:product item, size, material, color,qualities and delivery. For customzied product:please send us pictures or drawings.

b. We will respond you with a quotation including all the informations.

c. Sign a sale and purchase agreement including:product info, payment term,shipping term and other terms needed.  .

d. Payment:usually 30% of deposit  in advance,the rest after the products are ready.It is  negotiable.

e. Produce according to the aggreement and send pictures to customers  momentarily.

f.  Examination of the product by us and customers.

g. Transporting the products; submit related documents and the rest payment.

Our factory is based in Hui An ,China, with 500 employees and 8 design teams, covering 65,000 square meters.    B.What is your Minimum Order Quantity? There is not limitation . We accept trial order, test order, sample order and mixed order, etc.   C.How long would delivery take? It depends on your order quantity. Usually 10-25 days after receiving the deposits. If you need urgently, we can do for you preferentially, or you can choose our stone materials in stock, that will save time and money! There are always stone blocks in stock in our factory.   D.Can you arrange the shipment for me? Yes. We have our own shipping company in Xiamen City, so we can offer you good price for freight cost.
