1,Raw materials

Material is aluminum alloy 6063 bars, it is a kind of excellent aluminum alloy construction profiles, and is widely used in aluminum door, window, curtain wall framework and other projects, it can ensure the product never rust and keep from corrosion resistance in a natural environment.

2,Precision CNC extrusion

MRC have our own extrusion production line which meets standard raw material supply and also greatly shorten the production processing cycle.

3,Strength processing

In order to let the aluminum alloy have the strength of steel, MRC shed must get through heat treatment process.

4,Surface treatment

MRC aluminum alloy shed surface use champagne anodic oxidation and transparent electrophoresis process in order to have perfect oxidation resistance, corrosion resist performance and beautiful,easy, simple sense honor.

5,Tube bending

According to different specifications of sheds and different designs, MRC will use large pipe bender to bend.

6,Sleeve tubes

Q235 hot dip galvanized steel tube is used to sleeve tube, it lay inside of shed post and it greatly enhance the soundness of the shed and ensure the resistance of wind performance.

7,Packing

The aluminum alloy frame profiles and PC endurance board, square parts are using classification package.
