1.Intoduction of  Impact Crusher

The impact crusher is mainly used in the processing of materials, such as metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials,

hydropower and other materials that often need to be relocated, especially in the operation of mobile stone materials such as highways, railways, hydropower projects, etc.

3.The working principle of  Impact crusher

The impact crusher is a crushing machine which uses the impact energy to break the material.

When the machine works, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed, and when the material enters the plate hammer action area,

it breaks into pieces with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then is thrown on the counter attack device to break again.

Then it bounces back from the counterattack liner to the plate hammer action area to break again.

The process is repeated and the material is broken repeatedly from large to small into one, two and three counterattack cavities,

until the material is broken to the required particle size and discharged from the outlet.

Stone falls directly from the top of the machine into a rotating disc at high speed.

Under the action of a high speed centrifugal force, a high speed collision and high density crushing occurs with another part of the flying stone that distributes around the turntable in an umbrella way, and the stone hits each other after hitting each other.

Swirl motion will be formed between the turntable and the housing, resulting in a number of blows, smashing each other.
