BWG18 Twisted Black Annealed Wire Double Annealed Wire   DESCRIPTION Annealed wire is fully softened low carbon steel wire. The tensile strength of the wire is slightly lower than low tensile galvanised wire, and the wire ductility is maximised. Black wire has a light coating of black soot.   PROCESSING
Black annealed wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire or big package wire. Or further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire. Annealed wire is made going through wire drawing and annealing while the cold drawn wire is made by direct drawing of iron wire rod. Oil tampered black annealed wire is made on the basic of annealed wire then oil sprayed to add the anti-rusting property.Annealed wire can be processed into straightened cut wire, U type in a variety of sizes to meet the specific requirements of the customers.   SPECIFICATION Specification: 0.2mm-5.5mm
