After samples are added, other operations such as water supply, dispersion, circulation, concentration adjustment, testing, drainage, cleaning, printing and storage operation will be automatically finished. Result of automatic design is not only convenient operation, but also reduce the errors brought by the human factors and improve the test precision. 2.Calibration accuracy: all instruments are passed the calibration based on the standard sample, which makes sure the accuracy of the test result, meanwhile, the standard sample is provided to our customers with instruments, customers can checkout the accuracy of their own instrument at any time, to avoid the damage which arise from the inaccurate test results caused by the drifting of the instrument or voltage fluctuation and so on.   3.Powerful software. Adopt the accurate Mie scattering theory and freedom model inversion algorithm, which can get the real sample particle size distribution results, and can perform accuracy calibration and verification through the standard sample. Multiple language function can be used to freely switch between different languages; report sheet can be easily converted into word, Excel, PDF formats, etc.   4.3-D automatic focusing system consists of precision hybrid stepping motor, precision guide rail, lead screw, connecting axle, and subdivision controller, whose the minimum step is 1.3 micron, has high accuracy of positioning, stable running, good follow up function. In addition, after replacing the test window or optical path excursion caused by moving the instrument, vibration, temperature change etc, the system will make main beam truly under the centering state, ensure focus of laser beam is always on the center of detector, which improves the accuracy of the test results.   5.Built-in automatic circulation & dispersion system and automatic alignment system. It includes an ultrasonic disperser which can run with empty cup, water suction pump and water level sensor device. Continuous flow adjustable centrifugal circulation pump; the special designed mechanism of leakage prevention, stainless steel casing, erosion resisting tube, which make the instrument durable in use.   6.Reliable and accurate signal processing and control system. Unique designed photoelectric detector array with 86 fan shaped detectors ensures that scattering signals from different particles can be received effectively, also guarantees the measurement range for particle size, and also improves the resolution of the instrument.   7.A new automatic water supply function: a built-in suction pump can put the low water level in the pool or bucket to the circulation tank, which overcomes the influence on the test caused by directly connecting to the water pipe (e.g. water quality, temperature).   8.Automatic concentration adjustment: when concentration is too high, it will be diluted. When concentration is too low, user will be prompted to add more samples. This ensures that concentration is always in its optimal state.   9.Integrated design, the whole plastic casing, beautiful appearance, boutique style. By adopting advanced overall forming process, the instrument has compact structure, beautiful appearance.
