1. Introduction
Essential oil equipment have oil press machine, edible oil extraction machine, DTDC, refining pot, degumming pot etc. After this process, you will get cooking oil and meal. At present, Four grade of edible oil have, different oil grade have different requirement for quality and machines.
First, this sunflower oil making line includes four part which are prepress line, extraction line, refinery line and winterization line.
Then, this four part like a step, you must step by step, first prepress, second extraction, third refinery, fourth winterization.
2.Main steps of pretreatment in rice bran oil processing plant.
1. Magnetic box and cleaning screen
To move the impurities in the raw materials. This can help to protect the following machines.
2. Flaking roller
To make the rice bran into pieces with the thickness from 0.25-0.3 mm. This can help the rice bran heating well-proportioned and soaking well in the extraction section.
3. Dryer and cooker
Before the raw materials entering the extraction section, we need to adjust the water
rate by dryer. In this process, the water and temperature help to get crude oil easily
and improve the quality of cake and oil. After the dryer and cooker under 105-110
°C, the water content is 5-8%.
4. Pressing or pre-pressing
If the capacity under 30T and without extraction section, usually we will use pressing to get
crude oil. If the capacity is above 30T and the line with extraction section, we will use
pre-pressing to get parts of crude oil in the cake.
3.Main steps of extraction section in rice bran oil processing plant.
1. Rotary extractor: this is the very important machine in extraction section. The function of this machine is to extract oil from the rice bran.
2. Toaster: This is the equipment to separate rice bran oil from the rice bran cake.
3. 1st, 2nd evaporator and stripping tower: The function of these machines is to separate oil and solvent.
4. Cooling system: Cooling system is important in solvent recycling. It helps to recycle the solvent, so the consume of solvent is little.
Through pretreatment and extraction, crude rice bran oil is got.
Then we will change the crude rice bran oil to refined rice bran oil.
4.Main steps of refinery section in rice bran oil processing plant
1. Neutralizing: This pot is used to degum and deacidify.
2. Decolorizing (bleaching) : The function of this part is to move the color of the oil. The color
of the oil can be controlled by yourself.
3. Deodorizing: This is the part to move the odor of oil:

To get the oil in the rice bran, we need three main parts, the first is puffing section and the second is solvent extraction section, the third is oil refining section.
The flow chart to get high quality rice bran oil:
