Product description

To ensure 100% security guarantee, the migration project was mainly divided into four steps: First of all, the hull would be moved by slide way along the berth of Nanhua Shipyard into the Yangtze River; Secondly, make the hull placed on the deck of 1200dwt floating dock; Thirdly, the dock with warship hull should be towed by a high-powered tugboat to Jinkou town of Jiangxia district in Wuhan city for 20 kilometers` journey by water way; Finally, Zhongshan warship would land onto ground relying on airbags along the floating dock ramp from the dock deck, and then rode by marine airbags via road for migration of 625 meters and eventually reached Zhongshan Warship Museum beside  Gold Rooster Lake.

KFT – 2 storage-unloading Engineer Vessel with 60,000 tons load.

On July 18th of 2012, the 60,000 dwt KFT – 2 storage-unloading work ship in Dalian Sigang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. used Chaglin airbags to launch safely, thus setting the latest record with a launching weight of 16,000 tons. It was 192 meters in length, 50 meters in width and 15.0 meters in depth, making it a super-wide and overweight work ship.

[Xin Dong Guan 1" bulk carrier.

On December 3rd of 2010, the 70,000-dwt bulk carrier [Xin Dong Guan 1" was built up by Zhejiang Zhenghe Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and successfully realized the airbag launching. It was 222m in overall length, 32.26m in mold width, 18m in mold depth and 11.3m in full draft with the displacement of 70,541t and a launching weight reaching 13,000t.

On November 20th of 2011, CP-300 jack-up offshore oil drilling platform, developed and manufactured independently by our country, in Liaoning Panjin Liaohe Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing General Co. was successfully launched by SCAFTRC`s airbag launching engineering service team. The rig`s main hull was 60.98 meters long, 55.78 meters wide and 7.62 meters deep with a head weight of 6,360 tons and a launching weight up to 7,400 tons.
