PA6 GF30 Sheet Performance Characteristics:

Polyamide glass fiber reinforced materials can be added in the range of 5-60% glass fiber according to the characteristics of the product. These materials have good strength, heat resistance, excellent impact resistance, good dimensional stability and low Warpage and so on. In order to meet the requirements for use in industrial products, reinforced polyamide materials should meet the following requirements:

1). Excellent strength and durability, excellent combination of rigidity and heat resistance

2). Excellent coloring performance, perfect surface appearance, can be applied to complex structural molding, and help design developers develop new modeling products

3). Good processability, excellent fluidity and thermal stability make material processing conditions more relaxed, and miniaturize injection molded parts

4). Extremely high thermal stability, no tin can be soldered in wave solders up to 270 degrees;

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.

Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.
