1.Mold designing , Opening mold , Die trial 

2.Sample confirmation 

3.Extruded aluminum mass production 

4.Cutting

5.Deep processing ( punching and stamping, milling, tapping, CNC machining, polishing.)

6.Surface treatment (wire drawing, deburring, anodizing, powder coating, silk-screen print.) 

7.QC inspection in housing or third party inspection as requested.

8.Packing.

We can manufacture different aluminum products with internal components and assemblies according to your drawings, specifications or samples.

Processing review

Cutting , bending , tapping , milling , drilling , anodizing , wet painting , powder coating , silk-screen printing , engraving , packaging , delivery.

Packaging of enclosure

Foam paper and carton box package, or as requested.

EXW Factory, FOB Foshan/Guangzhou/Shenzhen and C&F or CIF are acceptable.

Shipping of enclosure

Delivery time is 3 to 30 business days. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

We use DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex, by air or by sea for shipping service.  A signature will be required upon delivery.  The driver will attempt to deliver up to three times.  Please be sure someone is at your delivery address on the day of delivery.

We are willing to provide you with sample for testing, we  have  9-year manufacturing and solutions experiences.
