Gas Emptier 27 IC gen-set 3. Advantage 3.1 High gasification efficiency Big amount of Inertia bed material inside gasifier is always fluid with high temperature. Refilled biomass is heated to have high temperature rapidly. Biomass flow constantly so that biomass contact hot flue gas completely. Like this, condition of gasification is better. Consequently , this type gasification method have the features of high efficiency , low tar , uniform temperature in gasifier ,no blocked slag. 3.2Fluid Ignition The diesel burner located under air distributing board is used to ignite gasifier . The flue gas produced by ignition heat the fluid inertial bed material in order to have bed material be up to gasification temperature . At this time , feed biomass into gasifier . The biomass is easy to be fired and burnt. With the constant feed of biomass , temperature of furnace is increased higher and higher. Then , reduce diesel till diesel burner is stopped. And keep gasifier be 700~900C. This type ignition is more safe, convenient , rapid compared with other ignition mode. Meanwhile ,this mode have the advantage of high thermal efficiency , uniform temperature , no blocked slag. 3.3 Stable Running There is no mechanical motion component so that the probability of faults is lower . 3.4 High Automatic Level Use PLC controlling system . Track and monitor signal through sensor to control various equipments . Temperature i nside gasifier and quality of gas is able to be controlled automatically. PLC controlling system enhance the stability , and efficiency of system.
