Brief Introduction of Trommel Screen:

Working Principle:
Industrial Trommel screen consists of motor, reducer, cylinder device, frame sealing cover, inlet and outlet. Cylinder device is installed on the frame with slope. Motor and reducer are connected with cylinder device by coupling and drive cylinder device around axis. When matenal enters cylinder device, the material turns and rolls because of slope and rotation of cylinder device, material with qualified size is discharged from outlet of back-end bottom of cylinder device, material with unqualified size is discharged from outlet of back part of cylinder device. Blocking phenomenon can be avoided because of turn and roll of material.
