Beryllium Cobalt Copper Copper Clad Tube

Beryllium cobalt copper has high heat conduction, good corrosion resistance, polishing, wear resistance, adhesiveness resistance, machinery processing, high strength and hardness, excellent welding performance.
Beryllium cobalt copper copper clad material has been used as inner bushing for crystallizer and machinery, high strength electrical wire, mold insert and mould core for injection mold or steel mold. When used as mould insert, it can lower the termperature of the heat concerntrate area, simplify or eliminate the cooling water pipe design.
Special materials introduction:
1. Silver-copper, silver-steel, silver-stainless steel, gold-silver, gold-copper etc clad materials:
Can be widely applied in relay, thermostat, RCCB, wall switch, mini switch, circuit breaker, pushbutton etc. Electrical areas, to replace the welding and rivet contact area, which can enhance the functionality and realiability.
Application areas: High and low voltage electrical equipments, electronics, communication, household electrical appliances and military areas. Silver-copper, silver-steel, silver-stainless steel, gold-silver, gold-copper etc clad materials can be widely used in electronic, machinery and aerospace.
2. Tool steel and normal steel clad material:
The cutting edge strength of the cutter made out of normal steel and high strength steel alloy can be up to 2400MPa, which could enhance the equipment lifetime and productivity. The structural steel made by high corrosion and wear resistance material can replace the steel which are used in the bad conditions.
