  a) Installed on the head pulley to provide effective cleaning   b) Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt c) Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life   d) adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.   e)The scraper adopts imported urethane methyl ethyl oxalate and various additives as raw materials, and has low frication coefficient, corrosion resistance, rupture resistance, none damage on adhesive tapes, and stable safety.   g)Characteristics: It does not bind materials, and can prevent static electricity, acid, alkali and hydrolysis. The scraper has high expandability, and scraper can be matched with outer shape of the adhesive tapes on the head wheel for changing, and closely matches with irregular rotation of the adhesive tape on the head wheel when the adhesive tapes are abraded to be uneven by the transported materials, thereby generating the effect of completely cleaning.
