      On July 26th of 2007, the push barge "Guo Yu Hai Bo No.1", designed by Changjiang Ship Design Institute of China Yangtze River Shipping Group and built in Yangzhou Guoyu Shipyard, was launched smoothly using ChangLin marine airbags , which refreshed there cord of airbag-launching weight again. It was one of the new offshore push barge group of 45,000 T ore transport fleet. At that time, it was also China's largest tonnage of ATB push transport fleet. The barge is more than 204 meters in length, 33.6 meters wide and 15.2 meters deep with a launching weight of about 8700 tons.

       Our Marine Airbag material used from Thailand Nature rubber RSS3, the best material for the rubber, higher Elastic; Chinlon cord, 30KGN/piece, high strength than Dacron, and BR and SBR rubber from Sinopec, heat-resisting, cold resistance, anti-corrosion, wear-resisting performance.       Airbag launching technology was developed based on traditional slideway launching mode, it utilizes flexible airbags to replace slideway and sliding plates, so as to overcome many shortcomings of traditional slideway launching mode. Flexible airbag is like a elastic cushion to bring the ship free
pitching during the launch course and the pressure under hull bottom to the moderated due to larger
flexible contact area, that protects the hull structure and surface paint against damage. CHANGLIN
ship launching airbags are developed specially for ship launching technology, which possesses
extremely high bearing capacity, resistant to wear and to salt water corrosion, its main function is for
transporting ship to launch or uptrade. The applications of air bags except ship launching can widely
use to transport large-size construction modules, to salvage sunken ships and serve as a container
for storing liquid and gas and as a pontoon to erect floating bridges and pipelines and so on.

      The application of air bags to launch a ship is called "Flexible launching technology". The flexibility
of airbags can launch a ship any seaside, as long as where is a level and smooth ground, that grandly
heightens the mobility of using upslip marine airbag.

      Airbag launching technology was invented by Chinese in the early 80s in the 20th century. After

[The road of hope" semi-submersible vessel.

On December 22nd of 2009, the first self-propelled semi-submersible vessel with a large tonnage named [The road of hope", designed and built in China, was smoothly launched in Tianjin Binhai New District. [The road of hope" semi-submersible vessel was 156m in overall length, 36m in mold width, 10m in depth, the largest submerge depth is 19m with the maximum load of 20,000 t and a launching weight reaching 12,900 t.

On July 4th of 2012, Zhuangji Shipbuilding Co., Zhejiang province, adopted ChangLin airbags successfully to launch the 82,000 dwt bulk carrier called [Pretty Master". Tt was 229 meters in length, 32.26 meters in width, 20.05 meters in depth and 11.3 meters in design draft with its launching weight up to 13,000 tons.
