Trailer Ball Mount is made of Rugged Steel with a corrosion-resistant durable black powder coated finish.

Raw material: High Strength Alloy Steel. (We can also customize according to Customer's Requirment.) 

Processing flow:

Cutting Square Tube → Drilling Hole on Square Tube → End Chamfer and Deburring

Stamping Blanking of Flat Steel → Stamping Bending → Drilling Hole on Flat Steel

Welding Tube and Flat Steel → Heat Treatment → Sandblasting → Powder Coating → Packaging
