Product Introduction:   To achieve bainitic steel, the steel casting is austenitized and fast cooled to bainitic transformation temperature range (260 ~ 400 ℃) for long-time isotherm, which changes austenite into Bainitic transformation with higher strength and toughness. With the same hardness, the wear resistance of bainite is obviously better than martensite, so obtaining bainite matrix in the iron and steel material is the aim people pursuing.   Bainitic steel is one of the key popularization projects in the national "863" program (National High Technology Research and Development Program), which is fully supported by high-tech new material expert committee. Working together with famous university, our company applies Bainitic steel to the conveying pipe project and achieves a great success. Being a revolutionary breakthrough in a major scientific research, this new type of wear resistant high strength steel is known as "New material in the 21st Century" by academic and colleague industry. With good casting and rolling property of bainitic steel, combined with advanced centrifugal casting process, our company has successfully developed a variety of Wear Resistant Bainitic Steel Pipe with high cost performance. Through repeated trials, by casting and rolling, wear resistant bainitic steel pipes with different diameters and thickness can be achieved according to the needs of customers. Effectively it solves the problem of poor wear resistance, high consumption and low efficiency of common steel pipe, which exists for a long time for concrete, ore pulp, sediment, coal water slurry, fly ash and other solid materials conveying in construction, port, mining, hydropower and chemical industry.   The specification of our pipe:
