Product Description  Brief Introduction:  DTYX-III Linear screw-on capping machine is made by advanced technology and good quality stainless steel, it looks exquisite and artistic,and it is convenient for maintenance, widely used in pharmaceutical and food industry. It is suitable for capping and locking of the round and flat and square bottles. Varied kinds of screw cap. Caps loaded in the hopper are transported via elevator to cap tightening station. They are screwed by two grip belts and three sets of wheels. The cap torque is adjustable for the best performance.    Characteristic: 304 stainless steel construction,meet Gmp requirements. Governed by frequency conversion, arranging caps automaticlly,srewing automatically,the production speed can be randomly adjusted, automatic counting. PLC controlled, variable speed control.
