1.Packaging function

Dual side standard automatic calibration, automatic tracking adjustment. Continuous automatic bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, easy tearing notch, cut vertical and horizontal easy tearing break lines, printing batch number, counting and other packaging processes. Multi-lane bags packaging automatic packaging can be completed in once filling.

5.Basic configuration and structure

2.Filling System
The machine equipped three different type special filling feeder since the different of packing: Volumetric feeder used for packaging of particulate; Vibrating feeder used for packaging of tablets, capsules, tablets rules shaped; Servo powder feeder for packaging powder.

3. Transmission System
The machine according to the specific requirements of different parts, respectively, using a belt drive, chain drive, gear drive, belt drive and transmission belt drive. These drive forms were driving by the motor, gear, gears, sprockets, toothed pulleys, drive shafts and other parts to complete. There are four drive system uses the differential mechanism, were used to meet the special requirements that is typing, transverse, horizontal fracture line, and automatically correcting color mark. 4. Unreeling film

Films run by the micro-motor driven unwinding shaft to drive film roll rotate, then through swimming rolls control the length of film and the size of film tension. Swimming guide rollers can be covered photoelectric switch when the film was used up and unexpected rupture to make the machine automatically stop running. There is a handle that can adjust unreeling move around in the left of the whole unreeling roll to make the center of film and the center of sub-volume institution in a line.

5.Fill sub-volume
Sub-volume institutions located in the top of the frame and consist of film guide rollers, slitting blades, plate of sub-volume and other components. Film roll was cut into two strips from the middle when it through the sub-volume institution, film passed the sub-volume plate and change directions, then through the guide film rollers the film was sent vertical sealing rollers to seal, the whole sub-volume plate can moves back and forth to meet the requirement of the different size of packaging materials by the hand wheel.
