      Product Description     Brief introduction of  automatic steel reinforcing welded mesh machine The automatic steel reinforcing welded mesh machine welds the line wires and cross wires of the steel to be solid mesh in the principle of multi electrode resistance welding. It consists of welded equipment,  line and cross wires feeding device, mesh stepping system, mesh laying and convey systerm, electrical control system and cooling system. The material can be rolled ribbed steel wire, cold or hot rolled round steel wire or galvanized wire.      Character of  automatic steel reinforcing welded mesh machine 1. Main machine frame is welded with the thicker steel panel and steel bar. The main structure is well set and compact.
2.The cross wire feeding is automatic and driven by step motor, which makes the cross wire falling and mesh aperture size more accurate.  3.The mesh pulling system is controlled by step motor, which makes the pulling mesh aperture more standard and accurate.
4. The mesh aperture size can be adjusted. The line wire spacing can be adjusted through adjusting the electrode spacing. The cross wire spacing can be adjusted by PLC control panel.  5. Welding adopts late-model efficient welding transformer. The voltage adjusting range is big which enlarge the range of wire diameter size. It is adjusted through the electricity current button on the front panel. 
6. In order to adapt the capacity of the clients’, welding transformers don’t work at the same time but separately even when welding the same row of cross wire. So to some degree welding speed depend on the power of transformer..  7. The transformer, upper and lower electrode s are equipped with water cooling system in case short-circuit and to prolong their life span.
8. This machine adopts synchronous control technology. The welding time and separating welding is controlled by numeric integrated circuit, which is with high control precision and stable function.   9. Welding Speed: 60~100 times/minute, the work speed mainly depends on material of the raw material, steel bar diameter, space of the mesh, choice of welding parameter, proficiency of workers, etc.             after-sales service After-sales service
Installation and commissioning:
Machine to be installed and commissioned by technicians.
The seller will send our engineer to install the machine accordingly if the buyer need.
The buyer have to pay the salary US$80-100 per day, and the air ticket, accommodation, eating and some related fees should be your responsibility.
It is in same condition if the buyer need the seller to send the interpreter.

Guarantee:
Except the wearing parts, 12 months guarantee for machine and 6 months guarantee for electric appliance after shipment.
During guarantee time, if the parts were broken caused by the product problem, seller will offer the parts by free.
If the parts were broken caused by the mishandling by buyer, buyer needs to buy the parts from seller.
The price does not include the charge of installation, the buyer will need to pay for the charge of visa, the air ticket,
