1. What kind of product you have.
2. The bagchet/pouch size ( the length, width and height ).
3. The weigh of your product for each bag is sometimes neccessary told(it depends what specific product you have).
4. You requirement for the machines and the bag types.  
Q2: How about the delivery time?   Kirby: All our machines are tailor-made because different clients have different requirements, delivery will be within 20 days for the small packing machines.
For the large-scale machine, it takes longer. Q3: Is engineer available to serve oversea? Kirby: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your cost, we will
send you a video of detailed installation and setting to assist you till the end.  
Q3:How about the payment terms?   Kirby: Normally, we trade with others in T/T, 30% deposit before machine production
and 70% balance before shipment. For other payments, we can discuss together.  
Q4:Can you offer some video or pictures of the packing machine?   Kirby: Yes, of course. Besides, we can help you to have your products packaging if you
are available to send us some of your product and then record a video for your
reference.   Q5: Is engineer available to serve oversea?   Kirby: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your cost, we will
