  Automatic Plastic Cosmetic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine   Product Description The machine is operated by switch button and touch screen, and controlled by PLC. The machine can automatically load tubes, check color codes, fill, seal, stamp batch numbers, cut ends and exit tubes. The plastic or aluminum-plastic tube with diameter  Φ14-Φ60mm, length 50-218mm is available. The machine adopts original imported breeze machine and hot air heating system which can form high and steady flux to blow the hot air into the tube,then melt the plastic, at last, beat to form serrate and identification numbers or dates.
