Main Features

1. Vertical mould locking / vertical injection injection molding, 4 section temperature control / ejection speed / back pressure, adjust without stages etc.

2. Adopt automatic wire drawing device, can automatically pull the wire, and freely adjust the distance between the modules.

3. The automatic wire drawing device uses servo motor to drive the high precision ball wire rod, and the precision is controlled at ±0.01 mm.

4. The production cycle of the automatic wire drawing device is shortened from the original manual operation of 20 seconds 1 mold cycle to 12~15 second 1 mold, one mold can produce 12 pieces, whic greatly increases the product output and realizes the automatic production operation of the whole machine.

A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and L/C.

2. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. Customer should makes payment deposit before we enter production.

3. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order.

4. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for machine details video to confirm and you should prepare the rest payment.

5. After the rest payment has been received, we start to ship out the goods for you.
