Descriptions: KVLD300 distilled water machine adopts overseas advanced technology for design and manufacturing, it is updated model Hi-Tech distilled water machine, adopt 4-column evaporator, all the contact parts are made imported 316L, which meets requires of IV infusion. KVLD300-4 consists of 4 evaporators, condenser, machine frame, water pump, electronics etc. all evaporators adopt compact columns structure. Inner screw adopts unique water-steam separation technology, its performance structure is at leading position in China. Control system consists of manual control, intelligence instruments and PLC automatic control methods. It is suitable for producing distilled water for pharmaceutical, medical, scientific research, electronics and biology etc industries, which is so perfect for IV production line. Structures:  1.       Main body: it adopts stainless steel frame, even disposition of all evaporators, all control parts adopt domestic and overseas sanitary products. 2.       Evaporator: it adopts compact column type. Water distribution is reason and even, adopt unique inner screw 3 grade separation technology. 3.       Pre-heater: it adopts compact column for heat exchange, high efficient pre-heat and assure to heat raw water to evaporation temperature. 4.       Condenser: it adopts advanced dual channel contact column structure with sufficient heat exchange to assure cool distilled water to required temperature. 5.       Pipe:  it adopts sanitary clamps and with polish treatment.
