1. Raw Material Preparation Section Jaw Crusher Jaw crusher machine uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening. Ball Mill A ball mill works on the principle of impact: size reduction is done by impact as the balls drop from near the top of the shell. In case of continuously operated ball mill, the material to be ground is fed from the left through 60 cone and the product is discharged through a 30 cone to the right. As the shell rotates, the balls are lifted up on the rising side of the shell and then they cascade down (or drop down on to the feed), from near the top of the shell. In doing so, the solid particles in between the balls are ground and reduced in size by impact.

Powder Storage Silo The powder storage silo is quite important for the material storage in an AAC production line. It is suitable for storing dried granule and powder, avoiding the blendingin of moisture and dirt. The features of this powder storing container include small installation area as well as simple loading and unloading prodess. Dust Collector A dust collector is a system used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle highvolume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filtercleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. It is distinguished from air cleaners, which use disposable filters to remove dust. 2.Baching and Pouring Section Slurry/ Powder Section A pneumatic butterfly valve is mounted at the hopper. This valve is used for controlling the material flow. Once the powder material entered the hopper, the weight sensors will transfer the wieght signal to the weighting display, informing you the powder weight. Slurry Storage Tank As an important part of our autoclaved aerated concrete equipment, the slurry storage tank consists of silo, gear reducer, mixing spindle, movable frame, and central fulcrum. It is mainly used for storing the prepared fly ash slurry or sand slurry, while a mixing device is avaliable for avoiding sedimentation. Aluminum Powder Mixer The other type is equipped with an automatic weighing&minxing system as well as a cooling system which is connected with a PLC-based batching system. This aluminum powder mixer is equipped with two 1.5m/3 tanks and a sacle.
Powder Mixer Pouring mixer The pouring mixer is a key element on the AAC block production line. It keeps the concrete from hardening by constantly tumbling the mixture around. In the mixer, ingredients of desired proportion are blended and then poured into the mould for pre-curing.
Pouring mixer Up-and-down Pouring Device The up-and-down pouring device is a key unit of AAC block pouring machine. It comprises pouring nozzle, lifting arm, and air compressor cylinder. It is mounted below the pouring mixer and is connected with PLC control system. After mixing, the obtain slurry will be poured into the empty moulds. Pouring Ferry Push Car The ferry car is a kind of material handling equipment that travels across the line of AAC production. Thanks to this transfer trolley, the mould-carrying car and the cake-filled autoclaving car can run on each other’s rails.
Ferry Car 3.Pre-curing Section Mould The mould is a vessel into which concrete slurry is poured. In the mould, the slurry stiffens to form the green cake. The green care rises due to the evolution of hydrogen gas from the reaction between aluminum powder and rest of concrete slurry. The process is termed as pre-setting.
Mould Side Plate Side plate, working together with mould, is a necessary part for an AAC production line. After demoulding, the side plate carries the green cake to cutting, grouping, autoclaving and packing. Our side plate is welded by U channel steel, H channel steel, steel pipe and steel plate.
Side Plate Traction Mechanism Usually this hauling device is used for transferring mould in the precuring section and hardening car before/after autoclave. The main components of our traction mechanism include motor, steel wire spooler, stretching device, hooking/pushing device and steel rope. Holding Pin Inserting and Drawing Hoist The holding pin inserting and drawing hosit is a critical machine for the AAC panel manufacturing. It is mounted below the traveling crane which can drive the hoist up and down. During the AAC panel production, the holding pin inserting and drawing hoist carries the coated reinforcement meshes cages to an appointed place. 4. Cutting Seation Cutting machine The cutting machine is used to precisely cut all the six sides of concrete cakes to various required dimensions. It is mainly made up of transfer car, vertical cutter, cross cutter, and car exchange device.
Cutting machine Cutting Car The AAC cutting car system works around the cutting station.It consists of a cutting car, pinion and rack moving rail. In the cutting seation of the AAC production line, this cutting equipment can convey the green cake and the side plate from the turning hoist to the tilting table.
Cutting Car Tongue and Groove Milling Device The tongue and groove milling device can be used for the production of AAC block and panel. Especially in AAC panel production, this device is necessary and critical. The tongue and milling knives are hung on the pillars and can be changed with panel type accordingly. This procedure is controlled by a PLC system. Vacuun Suction Hood The vacuum suction hood is used to clean the waste produced during the AAC production. It is mounted on the vertical cutting machine or handing hole making machine. The vacuum suction hood is used toclean the waste produced during the AAC production. Tilting table As the cutting is completed, the green cake is tilted back by 90° so that it sits on its wide, lengthwise side. At this point, a scraper is used to remove the bottom waste as well as clean the bed. Wastes that are washed off into the pit will be recycled, which results in cost savings. All these motions are driven by hydraulic cylinder and controlled via proportioning valves to ensure stability. The big transfer car, small transfer car, tilting bed, and scraper are the major parts that make up the whole tilting system.

Thanks to this transfer trolley, the mould-carrying car and the cake-filled autoclaving car can run on each other’s rails. Hardening Car The hardening car, loacated at the autoclaving seation, is used for the material conveying in the AAC production line. In can endure the high temperature and high pressure environment in the autoclave, and won’t get jammed or deformed. Autoclave Autoclave is a large steam equipment which can be used in steaming sand aac block,flyash aac block and aac brick/panel.
Autoclave 6. Packaging Section Separator After autoclaving, the piledup concrete panels need to be separated along the cuts, one layer from the next. The purpose of separation is to keep each individual AAC panel from sticking to the adjacent ones. The separating operation is carried out by the separator, which is made up of the separating device and lifting device. The lifting motion of the separator is driven by a hydraulic power unit. Proportioning valves are used to control the hydraulic unit to ensure operating stability.
Separator Clamping machine The clamping machine takes hold of each individual AAC block/panel and carries it to the packing line.
Clamping Packing line The packing line is designed for improved efficiency and reduced labor cost. A number of pallets are arranged along the packing line. Each individual AAC panel is lifted by the crane and put down on the pallet. Once the packing operation is started, the pallet together with the AAC panel moves along the packing line.
