Description

 

Wrap Around Case Packer is a fully automatic packaging equipment used to continuously wrap the cardboard around a group of containers and spray glue to seal the carton.It includes container feed,container grouping and arranging device,cardboard magazine,cardboard distributor,containers and packaging cardboard coupling,carton sealing,carton sealing,gluing or the clapboard and the bottle change-over.It can be pack different containers,such as:plastic bottles,glass bottles,round bottles,square bottles,oval bottles,triangular bottles or a plurality of small packaging.Packing capacity can reach to 80 cartons per minute.

  1. Working principle:

Containers are conveyed to the bottle separation section, the bottle separating system separate bottles into scheduled packing collocation, cardboards are distributed to the climbing section then to synchronous conveying section, cardboard and products are conveyed to glue spraying section, when products pass through they will be wrapped and glued, after that the carton is clamped tightly, which makes the carton glued.

Machine bright and shinning, high absorption forces, reaching the level of import machine.
