  Note :  This diesel and gasoline from the oil distillation machine can be used directly in the tractor ,  truck ,fishing boat and so on which has big motor. If use in the car , then it need mix 30%-50% national standard diesel oil or gasoline together .   5) Containers package :

    6) The machine installation    We will give the foundation drawings to buyer after placing order .we will send engineer in time when buyer get the machine.  We are free of installation , debugging machine , train buyer worker to operate the machine .Engineer will not leave until the machine can run normally . We pay engineer salary for installation. Buyer need book ticket , supply food and accommodation to engineer. Installation time about 30 days , not more than 35days. It depends workers working efficiency.   7)The machine cover area: The machine itself covers 1600 square meters(length 40M ; Width 40M) .   8)How many workers need operate machine: One worker is enough for one set machine. Because the machine is fully continuous and fully automatic.   9) catalyst formula: we will supply the formula after you order the machine,you can buy it at your local.It will improve oil quality and reduce oil smell.     10) Economic benefit analysis (For example, raw material is waste engine oil)         Because tires , labor , fuel ,electricity and output product price is different. so here is just general profit, You can calculate the actual profit according to the local cost .   For example capacity is 10 tons/ day(machine is fully continuous and automatic)    The input:  10 ton waste oil = 750 usd/ ton *10tons= 7500usd.   fuel= 800kg coal *150 usd/ton= 120usd.  Fuel can be firewood, oil,etc... But the cost almost same with coal.  Electricity = 22kw/hour *0.25usd/kw*24hour=132usd.  Salary=2 workers *30usd/day/worker=60usd.  Catalyst about 20 usd/day=25usd.  Everyday input = 7500+120+132+60+25= 7837usd.   The output: diesel =75%*10ton waste oil= 7.5ton*1250usd/ton=9375usd. kerosene=8%*10ton waste oil =0.8ton*1100usd/ton=880 usd.   gasoline= 7%*10ton waste oil =0.7ton*1350usd/ton=945usd. Every output =9375+880+945=11200usd.   Everyday Profit is 11200usd-7837usd=3363 usd.  Every month: 25days*3363= 84075 usd. Every year: 84075 usd*10 month= 840750 usd.   11) Delivery time: We will delivery the machine within 15-20days after get the advance payment(30% of the total amount).   12)Warranty:     We warranty the complete machine 2 years. The maintance is all life. We use the Q245R and Q345R Special boiler steel plate, can bear 700℃ temperature when pyrolysis.
