  Product Description   Automatic Acrylic Bending Machine Introduction: Highpoint Acrylic Bending Machine is widely used for acrylic, PC, PVD & PP material heating and bending.  Different angle can be adjusted to be bent automatically after certain heating by single or multi heating tubes depending on different heating width.  There is 99% accuracy to the angle bending and working with high efficiency.  Working platform is cooled with water cooling system to achieve such accuracy & efficiency.  Meanwhile, fast cooling platform helps to get better shape finished.  Different heating range is setting for different material or thickness, and also better to avoid causing over-heating bubble.   Pre-heating, bending & even cooling time could be set as automatic mode, which is the best choice for mass production work.  Different sizse of working platform is available: 600mm, 1200mm, 1800mm, 2400mm and even 3000mm.     Characteristic: 1.
