  Laser tube: Original Beijing RECI Brand sealed-off CO2 laser tube (100w) with longer life.   Lens: For perfect engraving and cutting effects, lens with different focal lengths may be used depending  on the application. QD laser machines are equipped with focusing and reflecting mirrors imported  from Singapore   Stable Stepper Motor:  Stable stepper motor improves the cutting precision and speed.   Linear rail and Belt transmission: Linear rail made in Taiwan, durability, stability and precision; durable "FULONG" belt with high  quality   Controlling system: There are 2 control systems: with computer and without computer.  1. with computer: The machine works with connecting to a computer. There is a PCI card to be  inserted in the computer.  2. without computer: The machine also works without connecting to a computer. There is a USB stick transferring data and design.   Air pump: The air pump blows air flow to the material being cut, cools down the material temperature, and protects it from fire and burning. It ensures nice cutting edge.   Water chiller(CW-5200):  Water chiller protects the laser tube when the machine is running form high temperature. The  laser tube lasts longer.    Optional parts: 1. Red light pointer Red light pointer makes the laser beam visible  2. USB feature The USB feature enables the machine work without a computer. It is more convenient.   Exhaust fan and pipe It absorbs away the engraving or cutting dusts and smoke. It is absolutely recommended to protect the  optical parts and your employees.
