Manual and all connectiong type The slab-gate non-rising-stem gate valves are available in temperature classes L, P, R, S, T, and U specified in API 6A. Gate valves to be used in the 350°F or 650°F high temperature can be supplied on request. Fire-proof gate valves also can be supplied to API 6A. Gate valves manufactured by our company are available in pressure ratings from 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000psi, 10000psi and 15000psi, material classes from AA through FF, product specification levels (PSL) from 1 through 3 and performance requirement (PR) 1-2.
Features:
Simple structure and renewable gate and seat assembly.
One-piece and double-acting gate with long service life.
Both thrust bearings with large load capacity, composite rubber-plastic stem lip packing and minimize operational torque.
A grease cup set in bearing cap to make it easy to inject lubricating grease in the field.
Threaded packing gland allows replace of bearings and stem packing under line pressure.

The sealing surfaces of the gate and seat are hardfaced for wear and corrosion resistance.
Wave springs are installed between the body and seat. The gate and seat still keep a positive metal to metal sealing under low pressure.
The hand wheel shall be backed off 1/4 turn after its rotation to the open or close positon because of . floating gate design.   Rising stem slab gate valves are available in temperature classes L, P, R, S, T, and U specified in API 6A, or high temperature the 350°F or 650°Fon request. Fire-proof gate valves also can be supplied as API 6A. Gate valves manufactured by our company are available in 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000psi, 10000psi and 15000psi working pressure, material classes from AA through FF, product specification levels (PSL) from 1 through 3 and performance requirement (PR) 1.
The rising stem slab gate valves manufactured by our company have the same characters as the non-rising stem slab gate valves. For it is designed by rising stem, the close and open of the valves is completely known .
Note:
Under pressure, the valve is forbidden to be semi-opened, for it will do great harm to the gate and badly reduce the service life of the valve.    The hydraulic gate valves manufactured by our company are widely used in the automatic control systems and remote control systems, featuring the hydraulically controlled opening and closing, stable performance and easy operation.
