Unlike concentric reducer ,which is in the shape of a con ,eccentric reducer pipe fittings is designed with an edge that is parallel to the connecting pipe.API 5L eccentric reducer are specially made for connecting two pipes with diferent diameters .Construsted with tapered stanted shape with one side symmetrical to the source stream .DIN eccentric reducer this type of reducer is the installation of pipelines for reducing fluid or gas flow into and out of a pump.
