But more frequently, the problems of corrosion arise when products are exposed to harsh transportation and varying climatic conditions. Our technique will help u to solve it easily as well it’s cost-efficient.   How VCI Works:   Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI) are organic compounds that are manufactured with Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resin and/or Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) resin to create Corrosion Control Packaging to stop rust.    VCI works by emitting VCI molecules into the surrounding area, within an enclosure space, until it is completely saturated. These VCI molecules are safe, invisible and odourless. When the VCI molecules come into contact with the air in the enclosure space, an ionic reaction takes place between the VCI molecules and the water molecules in the air.   The VCI molecules in the surrounding enclosure are hydrolyzed into VCI ions, which form a molecular corrosion protective barrier on the metal surface. This occurs through polarization, and thus passivate the substrate from atmospheric corrosion. It normally takes approximately 24 hours for the VCI ions to be absorbed on the metal surface.   VCI Powder :     VCI Powder is used for corrosion protection of metals in recessed areas, interior cavities and voids. VCI powders provide an extremely efficient dry method to protect metals within an enclosed space. The VCI vaporizes and then adsorbs on all metal surfaces, reaching every part of the metal surface, including recessed areas and interior cavities.     Product Description:

  Application Method:   1. spray the VCI powder evenly on metal surface by low pressure air hose or sprinkler, seal cavity after operation is completed. 2. If it’s difficult to use powder state, it can be installed in a gauze bag, and put on the object surface.   Storage / Shelf time:   Storage: Store indoors at moderate temperatures 5—35 C. Keep packing closed and store away from heat sources, in dry and cool place.
